You are responsible for your content and for having the necessary rights to use it.

6. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service may generate text, audio, or other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. ThingCore does not guarantee outputs will be correct, lawful, or fit for any specific purpose.

7. Paid Features, Credits, and Billing

Certain features require payment, subscription, or credits. Fees are in U.S. dollars. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credits, usage limits, and feature availability are governed by pricing terms presented at purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and technology, is owned by ThingCore or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred except as expressly granted.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THINGCORE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ThingCore from claims arising from your content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bristol County, Massachusetts.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
